NANF216 Characterization, Packaging, and Testing of Nanofabricated Structures
This course will examine a variety of techniques and measurements essential for controlling device fabrication, device performance, and device coupling to the outside world and device stability. The emphasis will be learning with and using state-of-the-art packaging equipment in the Nanofabrication Facility clean rooms. Offered at the Nanofabrication facility of Pennsylvania State University, main campus.
