NANF211 Materials, Safety and Equipment Overview for Nanofabrication
This course will provide an overview of basic nanofabrication processing equipment and materials handling procedures. The focus is on procedural, safety, environment, and health issues in equipment operation and materials handling. Emphasis is on using state-of-the-industry processing equipment in the Nanofabrication Facility cleanrooms. Offered at the Nanofabrication facility of Pennsylvania State University, main campus.
