RESP204 Respiratory Care Critical Care

This course presents the respiratory care student with the physiological processes of the cardiovascular patient in a critical care environment. Students will apply a multisystem approach to respiratory care aimed at restoring normal integrated function of the pulmonary, cardiovascular, and renal systems. Students learn the various therapeutic, diagnostic, and monitoring processes used in the critical care setting to improve their clinical decision-making and critical thinking skillsThis course includes 240 hours of clinical instruction. Restricted to Respiratory Care Students.
