BIOS160 Human Biology

This course is designed to introduce students to the structure and function of the human body. The course begins with a review of biochemistry and cell structure. It then uses a systems approach to examine the parts and workings of the skeletal, muscular, nervous, digestive, endocrine, immune, cardiovascular, urinary and reproductive systems. Not more than one of BIOS130, BIOS160, or BIOS204 may count for credit towards the same degree.  Also available through Online Learning. Core: SCI.
