SPEC220 Assessment in Special Education

This course provides opportunities to develop competencies necessary to participate in the special education assessment process. It addresses the role of assessment and assessment data in planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction in a standards aligned system through the lens of equity. Additionally, it provides an opportunity for creating and using a variety of assessment tools and how to use assessment data.  All students must submit current clearance paperwork to meet Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements.
