Narrative
A solid foundation in mathematics is critical for empowering the next generation of innovators and pioneers. A thorough comprehension of mathematical concepts and skills is a vital requirement for those seeking a mathematics degree. Students enrolled in the program will learn how mathematics and scientific principles apply to real-world problems, whereby conceptual understanding and formula manipulation are required.
Students majoring in mathematics will also explore courses in computer science, physics, social sciences, and English as part of their associate's degree program. Those with a background in math and science can expect to find employment in business, industry, government, fields of research, higher education, private industry, laboratories and more. Recent surveys show those with math degrees have a strong probability of finding career success in a number of high-paying fields.
Any student wishing to pursue a degree in Physics should enroll in the Mathematics degree while attending NCC.
