INDS225 Residential Intererior Design Studio

Assembling and harmonizing furniture and decorative objects from the point of view of utility and beauty. Analysis of furniture arrangement and room composition, draperies and window treatments, and lighting. Practical problems illustrating the requirements of certain types of residential rooms. Incorporation of the computer as a design tool. Preparation of written research and design position papers on assigned design problems and their solutions. Formerly ARCH225. Offered fall semester only.
