HIST103 Ancient and Medieval History

Survey of the evolution of Western society from its origins in the Near East, through the significant civilizations of Egypt, the legacy of the Greco-Roman world, the shaping of the medieval world, the foundations of Europe, to the intellectual advances of the Renaissance.
