This course introduces students to ongoing challenges in social, cultural, environmental, economic, and political issues comprising the 21st century global society. Through this course, students gain an interdisciplinary synthesis of globalization through multiple perspectives and lenses, weighing what it is changing in the present and immediate future around the world.
