DSTL121 Craft Beverage Compliance

This course covers beverage compliance through the initial process of opening a distillery to required reports. Students will learn initial steps of operating a licensed distillery, the importance of proper documentation for compliance, interpreting government compliance, and reporting all required material for governing bodies. Must be at least 18 years old to register for the class.
